Store Policy

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or stolen messages or mail, unavailable connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances, whether or not these circumstances affect, disrupt, or corrupt communications. We maintain at our sole discretion the right to refuse any order that we feel the product or shipping/handling price or description was a mistake.

Payment Method

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and money wiring if agreed to in advance. We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holder’s name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission. We use Yahoo’s high-end SSL security software in our attempt to provide additional security measures and we do not keep any credit card information on our server. Please, note we charge your credit card when you place the order and not at the time of shipment.

Privacy Policy

Our policy is straightforward - we completely respect your privacy. Under no circumstances will we release any information about our customers or mailing list subscribers. Not your name, email address, phone number or any other information we collect.

Shipping & Handling

Any promotions using free shipping offers are for ground service within the continental United States (doesn't include Alaska or Hawaii). Please notify of us any special delivery requirements when placing your order (i.e., backdoor, etc.). We are not responsible for postal failure, items lost in the mail, or if you type in the incorrect address during the transaction (i.e., when you place the order online) etc. It's up to Functional Innovations, LLC's sole discretion in how to handle such matters and it will be done so on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are customarily processed and shipped within 24-72 hours from original receipt of order (Mon-Sat), and approval of credit card. Our website is set up to offer you Fed-Ex ground service shipping automatically, but we maintain the right to substitute with UPS, USPS, or DHL depending on shipping location. A few of the factors that play a role in our pricing include the following: carrier costs, packaging materials, labor, returns processing, and costs for both fulfillment and storage.

Shipping charges for ALL international orders will be calculated on an individual case-by-case basis. Functional Innovations, LLC will search for the most economical and dependable shipping method. Please, note that orders shipping outside of the U.S. are subject to surcharges such as customs import duties and taxes, due at the time of delivery. These customs duties and taxes vary significantly by country. Each international customer is responsible for paying these customs duties and taxes. As of this time only VISA and MasterCard are accepted on international orders. For any additional questions on international shipping, please contact via email or phone.

Return & Exchange

Please note that a credit is for the product price, not shipping and handling, and only issued if items are returned in both their original factory condition, the packaging is fully intact (i.e., we can reuse the box and marketing materials) and it’s within 30 days of your purchase. A 25% service fee will be incurred by the customer for any returned items that are damaged or with packaging that is not fully intact. Functional Innovations, LLC will not issue a refund if the returned product is considered “too damaged” for discounted resale. Functional Innovations, LLC is not responsible for returned packages without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and/or lost in transit; so, we need to receive the returned items for any refund to take place on your behalf. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. All credits will be issued in the form of original payment.

There are no returns or exchanges on international orders - all international sales are final. Orders to U.S. Military personnel at APO and FPO addresses are not considered international orders.

Sales Tax

Taxes that appear on your online order are a very close approximate, if not exact. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect all the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is actually shipped. If the state of Colorado changes their sales tax rate between the times we received your order and the time we shipped your order you will see a small difference on your credit card statement. Orders shipped within Colorado will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added into the total.

Functional Innovations, LLC warrants that all products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and Functional Innovations, LLC will repair or replace defective parts or equipment for the period of one year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below:

1. The Functional Innovations, LLC Limited Warranty becomes immediately valid on the date of purchase without any need for registration.

2. Warranty applies to Functional Innovations, LLC product only while a) product remains in the possession of the original purchase and b) has not been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service and/or non-manufacturer modification.

3. Functional Innovations LLC, products are warranted from manufacturing defects for a period one year from the original date of purchase. Warranty of all Functional Innovations, LLC products applies only to residential use and products used commercially may be serviced under warranty but this is at the sole discretion of the Functional Innovations, LLC.

4. The Functional Innovations, LLC Warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Functional Innovations, LLC and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligations or liability in connection with the sale of this product. Under no circumstances shall Functional Innovations, LLC or any of its representatives be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damages or injuries to any person or property whatsoever, for any special indirect, secondary or consequential damage of any nature however arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

5. Claim under the Functional Innovations, LLC Limited Warranty is obtained by a) contacting the Functional Innovations, LLC Headquarter Office at (303) 666-0505 and obtaining a written return merchandise authorization (RMA) and b) returning the defective parts or equipment accompanied by the return authorization information and c) shipping prepaid by sender to the address indication on the return authorization agreement.

6. Functional Innovations, LLC reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the exerciser without incurring obligations to make similar alterations to previously purchased products.

7. Functional Innovations, LLC does not warrant this equipment to meet the requirement of any safety code of any state, municipality or other jurisdiction, and the original purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use thereof, whether used in accordance with the instructions or otherwise.

8. Do not use Functional Innovations, LLC equipment without a complete understanding of its intended purpose and function. By using Functional Innovations, LLC equipment the user accepts full responsibility for all risks and injury and waives any right to themselves, their heirs, their executors or any part to hold the manufacturer or its representatives responsible for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever caused by use of this equipment.
